As with all curly hair, a detangling brush is required, along with use of water and product. This hair is not intended to be worn dry or without product.
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-3 business days. For customers in the Caribbean your orders may take 5-7 days for you to receive, US customers your orders take 2-3 days for you to receive. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes in all countries except for Barbados. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
