Orders are processed in 1-3 days, shipping take 1-3 days in the US. However all other orders may take up to 7 days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays due to the weather or the natural environment. Allow yourself enough time to receive your order to avoid any delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International Shipments
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Royal Silk Extensions was founded on the premise of the offering great hair at the best prices. From 2012 I finally took the plunge and started the company. Starting from selling from my home with the hair displayed on the dining room table, we have grown over the years. With the launch of this website it will allow for persons around the world to be a part of the Royal Silk Experience.
